College life sometimes requires a little caffeine. NDSU Dining provides three full-service coffee shops located throughout campus. Enjoy all of your favorite coffee drinks, plus a variety of pastries, sandwiches, salads, and soups!
Located in the Memorial Union
Caribou Coffee

- Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 7 pm
- Friday: 7 am - 5 pm
Summer Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 7 am - 3 pm
- Caribou will be open until 4 pm on orientation days.

The Minard Coffee Shop is a We Proudly Serve Starbucks® location, serving your Starbucks favorites right on campus.

The Minard Coffee Shop accepts NDSU gift cards, block plans, payroll deduct meal plans, cash, credit, campus cash, and campus charge. Starbucks gift cards and points cannot be used at this location.
Located in the Residence Dining Center
Bison Beanery
The Bison Beanery is a full-service coffee shop located inside the Residence Dining Center. Coffee shop beverages are included in your meal price and entrance to the dining center.
