Paying with a Block Plan for Marketplace Grille and Deli + Greens and Grains

Enter the Union Market
Order at one of the four Grubhub kiosk stations to the right as you walk in.
Select “The Union Market – Pay at Exit – Block Plan” Menu.
Select 1 entrée.
Select or Grab Two Sides
1. If you would like a breadstick, soup, and/or bistro chips, you can order this through the Kiosk under the 'sides' sub-menu.
2. For hot or cold grab-and-go items, grab the items you want. Look for the white BPS circle icon on eligible items. No menu selection is required. With your block plan, you receive two sides.
At checkout, your total will display as $0.50-$1.00. This does not mean you are paying $0.50-$1.00—it means you are using one meal swipe.
Click "Review Order."
Click "Place Order."
Add your first name and last initial for pickup
Click "Continue" to submit the order. You will see an ordering confirmation on the screen when the order is processed, along with your order number.
If you didn't select two sides from the kiosks, you can select these from the grab-n-go sections in the Market.
- Look for the white circle icon labeled 'BPS' to see what is eligible.
If you ordered hot/cold sandwiches or soup, go to Marketplace Grille and Deli. If you ordered a breadstick, salad, or grain bowl, go to Greens and Grain.
Wait for your order to be called out or placed on the stainless-steel shelf at the stations. They will be labeled with your receipt that includes your name and order number.
- If you ordered from BOTH the Marketplace Grille and Deli + Greens and Grains, you will need to grab your items from both stations.
Take your items to the checkout stands.
Tell the cashier you are paying with a meal plan.
Tap or swipe your Bison ID Card.
Enjoy your food!

Paying with a Block Plan at Comfort Cuisine

Enter the Union Market
Go to Comfort Cuisine and grab today's featured meal and one side.
Select your second side from one of the grab-n-go items, or order soup or a breadstick through the Grubhub kiosks.
- If you ordered soup, go to Marketplace Grille and Deli. If you ordered a breadstick, go to Greens and Grain.
- Wait for your order to be called out or placed on the stainless-steel shelf at the stations. They will be labeled with your receipt that includes your name and order number.
Take your items to the checkout stands.
Tell the cashier you are paying with a block plan.
Tap or swipe your Bison ID Card.
Enjoy your food!

Paying with a Block Plan for Breakfast Nook or Grab-n-Go

Enter the Union Market
Select 1 entrée and 2 sides.
1. Entrée: Find items labeled BPE with a black circle icon.
2. Sides: Find items labeled BPS with a white circle icon.
Take your items to the checkout stands.
Tell the cashier you are paying with your block plan.
Tap or swipe your Bison ID Card.

- Marketplace Grille and Deli or Greens and Grains: Follow steps 3-11 and order at one of the four Grubhub kiosk stations to the right as you walk in.
- Comfort Cuisine: Go to the station and get today's feature.
- Breakfast Nook or Grab-n-Go: Select these items yourself and skip to step 12.
Select “The Union Market – Pay at Exit” Menu.
Select items from the menu, customize as you’d like, and proceed as normal.
Click "Review Order."
Click "Place Order."
Add your first name and last initial for pickup
Click "Continue" to submit the order. You will see an ordering confirmation on the screen when the order is processed, along with your order number.
If you would like any grab-n-go items, you can pick these out now.
If you ordered hot/cold sandwiches or soup, go to Marketplace Grille and Deli. If you ordered a breadstick, salad, or grain bowl, go to Greens and Grain.
