Order Process

Paying with a Block Plan

Use one of the three kiosks located between Panda Express and Burgers at the U in the food court, or at the two kiosks located between the Union Market exit and Thundar's game room.
Select “The Union Market – Mobile/Kiosk Block Plan" Menu or "Burgers at the U - Block Plan" Menu.
Select 1 entrée and 2 sides.
At checkout, your total will display as $1.00. This does not mean you are paying $1.00—it means you are using one meal swipe.
Click "Continue to Payment."
Select Campus Card as a method of payment, and use the payment option on the left side of the kiosk to tap or swipe your Bison ID Card.
1. If your card does not work with tapping, please try swiping it. If swiping does not work, enter your ID number manually by selecting "enter campus card manually" at the bottom of the screen.
It will start processing your payment, and then you can select "Block Plan" as your method of payment.
Click "Pay."
Add your first name and last initial for pickup
Enter your cell phone number for when your order is ready and press "Verify Your Number."
Enter the four-digit security code.
It will process your order, and then you will see an ordering confirmation on the screen when the order is processed, along with your order number.
Pick Up Your Food
1. If you ordered from the Marketplace Grille and Deli or Greens and Grains, go to the Order Pick-Up Window located past the Union Market Exit.
2. If you ordered from Burgers at the U, go to Burgers and pick up your order.
Enjoy your food!
