Advising

Undergraduate advising

NDSU students work with a professional advisor their first two years on campus, or until they enter a professional program. At that time a faculty advisor is assigned. Students can find their assigned advisor in Bison Advise and can schedule with the advisor through that platform. The professional advisors are also happy to help all students explore a new major in their area of specialty at a major change appointment.

Professional-level advising

Faculty advise professional-level students. Their goal is to help students prepare for graduation and a career after college. You can find out who your faculty advisor is through Bison Advise.
