Position Overview

Resident Assistants (RAs) help to fulfill the Department of Residence Life's mission to create a vibrant, healthy place to live and learn. RAs care for residents by helping create connections, offering resources and support, and engaging in hall and campus activities.

Create positive relationships and experiences for the students living in our halls.

Compensation

FREE SINGLE ROOM: A scholarship to cover the cost of housing, valued at $5,300+.
FREE FOOD: A dining award minimally valued at $5,300+ and the option of selecting one of the following meal plans: 7-day unlimited/$50 Dining Dollars, 5-day unlimited/$50 Dining Dollars, 220 block/$150 Dining Dollars, or 145 Block/ $150 Dining Dollars.
MORE MONEY: A scholarship of $50 per semester for RAs in their first year of employment, with a $25 increase every two semesters of employment within the RA position.
