  • Badges are delivered in 3–7 business days via campus mail, hand delivery or USPS (if off campus).
  • Orders ship directly from the vendor; an invoice will be included. Please pay the vendor directly.

Email Signature Options

To help present a consistent and professional NDSU brand across all communications, faculty and staff are encouraged to use one of the approved email signature options.

Would you like to include a hyperlinked NDSU logo and/or social media icons?
Download the hyperlinked NDSU logo and social media icons, then highlight them, copy and paste into your Outlook signature window.

Notes

Font size may display differently depending on your email software. If 10 points appears too small or too large, you may adjust as needed.

Some email programs do not allow formatting (fonts, bold text, etc.). In those cases, follow the order of information shown above using your system’s default font.

Use of the NDSU logo graphic is encouraged in all email signatures, except when your email system does not support inserting graphics. If you cannot use the logo, select a signature option that spells out North Dakota State University in your contact information.

Only NDSU’s official social media icons may be included — no other logos or graphics should be used.

Additional information, such as graduation year or preferred pronouns, may be placed next to your name or on the following line.
