NDSU MBA student Casondra Rutschke attended the Beta Gamma Sigma Global Leadership Summit in Chicago, Nov. 1-4.

More than 400 students from 197 schools around the world came together to hear from speakers about leadership.

“There was so much to learn,” said Rutschke, who is from Zeeland, North Dakota. “Ultimately, the people in that room are the ones who will change the world of business for future generations. The conference motivated me to think in new ways and challenged me with new ideas.”

Rutschke earned her business administration and management degrees at NDSU this past spring.

Beta Gamma Sigma is an international honor society that recognizes top-performing students at Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business accredited business schools. NDSU’s College of Business has been accredited since 2001.
