| Transfer ownership of all Qualtrics surveys from any faculty, staff, or student leaving NDSU after fall semester. Surveys information will be lost upon deactivation of the accounts for individuals leaving NDSU. To request a survey transfer, email Linda Charlton-Gunderson. |
