If you have Respondus 4.0 installed on your computer, you MUST update the activation password to continue using the software. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete the process.
- Open the Software Downloads page (log in with your NDUS username and password, if prompted)
- Copy the Installation Password: (valid through the end of: July 2021)
- Prior to August 1, start Respondus 4.0 and select File > Update License > paste or type the installation password in the field provided (if "Update License" isn't an option, select Help > "Check for Upgrades" to upgrade to the latest version of Respondus, then go to step 3 again)
- On or after August 1, the software will prompt you to enter the new password the first time you open Respondus 4.0 – return to the Software Downloads
