Union Market, Food Court, Catering, and the Micro Market at Barry Hall

Vegetarian and vegan food options are included in these locations. The specific ingredients are listed on the food labels, and the identifying icons are available on the NDSU Dining mobile app or catering menu. Select items in the Union Market, Food Court, or on the Catering menu may possibly be made vegetarian or vegan upon request. Please ask to speak with a Dining staff member if you have any questions or concerns.

Menu Labeling

When it comes to learning more about the ingredients in foods served at the dining centers, NDSU Dining displays nutrition labels online for all of our menu items. The menus can be accessed online or on the NDSU Dining mobile app.

The West Dining Center and Residence Dining Center also use digital menu boards above each station to display the menu and icons that identify allergens and dietary information for each recipe. Both vegetarian and vegan items are identified with green plant icons.
