European Adventures with Lilly

Here she is, standing in front of Church of St. Catherine in Brussels. This will be her home away from home for the next 2.5 months.

Lilly visits the Grote Markt or the Grand Palace, surrounded by these 14th century designed buildings. After this, it's time to go get waffles for lunch!

Schoonschip is a sustainable housing development that floats on the river in Amsterdam. Certainly a new way to experience sustainable architecture.

Lilly travels to Spain for a fun weekend. Visitng Barcelona and Calella, Lilly and her peers got to see the country's beautiful architecture and experience the lovely culture there.

Admiring the architecture of Frank Ghery, Neuer Zollhof. Such curvy buildings, try not to stare at it when the sun is shining of the facade.

Lilly and her peers went to Hasselt, Belgium for a day! Some class presentations, lots of biking, and luckily got to pet some adorable donkeys.

For another personal excursion, Lilly went to Germany to explore some more. Came upon a mall, MyZeil, and got to see some wicked architecture. How's that for a surprise?
