Kaytlin | USAC Semester

See what Kaytlin did while Abroad!

Skyview of Verona, Italy

Kaytlin spent spring semester in Verona, Italy, located in northern Italy by Venice and not too far from the dolomites. This photo was her first photo taken while in Europe!

"Studying abroad was a nerve racking, but exciting experience. Part of me was a little hesitant to leave my life back home, but I am so glad I took the leap. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about my time abroad!"

Easter in Malta

“Over Easter break a big group of us girls went to Malta for a few days. My favorite part was spending the day on a yacht and drinking out of the pineapples!”

“There were about 50 Americans in my USAC program, and I got the privilege to know each of them. I formed long lasting friendships with many of the locals I met in Europe in addition to these girls I travelled almost every weekend. They became my family.”

Rafting in Verona

During the last week of her program, Kaytlin went whitewater rafting down the river that runs through Verona, with her friends from the USAC program.

Birthday in the Amalfi Coast

“For my birthday, my mom came to visit me. We spent a week in the Amalfi Coast, ferrying to each town and spending a few nights in Capri. The coolest part of Capri was the blue grotto!”
