My College Roomie

Do you want to live in a residence hall next year? Whether you want to meet someone new or match up with someone you know, My College Roomie is the official way to match up in our housing system!

The directions below are for current students. If you are an incoming student or new to NDSU, please click here.

1. Sign your 2026/2027 residence hall agreement.
   • Log into ndsu.edu/residence-life/portal.
   • Under “Applications,” choose “Room Sign-up,” then follow the prompts.
     
2. Twenty-four hours after you sign your agreement, you will gain access to My College Roomie at ndsu.mycollegeroomie.com (also available as a mobile app)
   • Log in using your ND University System account. This is the same username and password you used to submit your housing agreement.
   • If you already have a profile, you can update it. If you don’t, you can create one!
   • Look at other students’ profiles and see your percentage of compatibility.
   • Send messages to any or all of your matches to connect further.
