Notice of Social Gathering:

Members of the State Board of Agricultural Research and Education (SBARE) may attend a social gathering for invited guests on October 12, 2026 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at North Dakota State Univeristy. A quorum of SBARE may be present. No public business will be considered or discussed, and no official action will be taken.

Pursuant to NDCC § 44-04-17.1(9)(b)(1), such a gathering is not considered a “meeting” for the purposes of North Dakota’s open meetings laws.
