Gain strength from the ground up! Start your journey in weightlifting while focusing on the fundamentals. Lift Off is designed for anyone ready to begin their strength training journey in a supportive and approachable environment. Participants will learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, including proper technique, gym etiquette, equipment use, and foundational movements that build confidence both in and out of the weight room. Whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to strengthen your basics, Lift Off will help you build a strong foundation from the ground up. Participants can attend one or all three sessions. Preregistration is required.
