Build or continue healthy habits all semester! Write your name on the Challenge Leaderboards located throughout the Wellness Center and start recording your movement minutes, distances and program participation.
February: It's time to warm up with the BRR Challenge. Bike 3 miles on an indoor bike, Row 2000 meters on the row machine, and Run 1 mile on the treadmill. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
March: Record your GroupFIT class attendance on the tracker on first floor. If you make it to 12 classes for the month, you will be entered to win prizes.
April: Record increments of 15 or 30 minutes of physical activity on the tracker on first floor. Be entered to win prizes if you complete 150 minutes per week!
