Intramural Sports
Intramural sports offer students the chance to participate in organized, recreational games—no experience necessary. IMs are a great way to stay active, relieve stress, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly competition in a fun, low-pressure environment. Whether you're into basketball, soccer, dodgeball, or something more offbeat, there's usually a league or tournament for everyone.
Open Recreation and Equipment
Open recreation spaces allow you to explore competitive and recreational sports from basketball, soccer, and volleyball to racquetball, pickleball, and wallyball. We also offer a variety of recreation equipment as well as weight training and outdoor recreation gear.
Outdoor Adventures
The Wellness Center has everything you need to take your wellness outside. From kayaking in the summer to snowshoeing in winter, the Fargo-Moorhead area is packed with ways to stay active all year long.
Climbing Wall
Our 33-foot climbing wall isn’t just tall—it’s an adventure waiting to happen. Our wall mimics the stunning natural geology of North Dakota, blending real-rock textures with classic climbing holds for an authentic, exciting experience. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned climber, you’ll find a challenge that fits your level, with routes ranging from friendly boulders to expert top-rope climbs.
