The Wellness Center strives to offer a variety of strength and cardiovascular fitness equipment. We have equipment located on three levels throughout our facility, designed to serve the needs of our members. Please see details for each area below.
First Floor Fitness
The first floor fitness area has an abundance of weight machines, free weights and other equipment to assist you in your workout routine. There is also a fitness desk located in this area for you to stop by and ask for a spot or ask questions related to the equipment or fitness services.
Second Floor Fitness
A variety of selectorized weight machines are located on the second floor near the cardio area. These machines are here to help you get a full body workout by targeting all major muscle groups.
Located on the second floor, the Wellness Center boasts a wide variety of cardio equipment from Octane, Precor, Lifefitness and more to give a boost to your cardio routine. Television and headphone jacks are located on all pieces of equipment. The flexibility and options make the cardio floor a great place for a complete workout.
The track on second floor (1/12 mile), adjacent to the cardio area is reserved for walking only. Please remain to the inside lanes; outside lanes are for passing. On even days of the month, walk counterclockwise. On odd days of the month, walk clockwise.
The track on third floor (1/11 mile, 150 meters/lap) is for running/walking and encircles our court space. Please respect right-of-way when running and remain to the inside lanes; outside lanes are for passing. On even days of the month, run/walk counterclockwise. On odd days of the month, run/walk clockwise. Track level corner areas also have additional cardio equipment to complement your workout.
