Student Waiver Instructions
All students wishing to use the NDSU Wellness Center must complete the standard waiver before their first visit. Follow the steps below before arriving on campus to avoid lines and delays.
- Go to the Wellness Center Portal at wellnessportal.ndsu.edu
- Select Sign In from the top right corner
- Click on the GREEN BOX that says NDSU Student/Faculty/Staff Click Here
- Log in using your Bison Login
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and sign in the grey box to agree to the waiver.
Use the Wellness Center Digital ID for access
FusionGO
The FusionGO Wellness Center App turns your phone into your ID. Use the App at the Customer Service Desk and leave your ID card at home or in your wallet.
You can also find facility hours, the event schedule and GroupFIT class times.
