Fees collected from official transcript orders support the overall mission of maintaining a comprehensive, accurate academic record at NDSU, which includes, but is not limited to, transcript supplies and services as well as other services, staff, and technologies that directly and indirectly support students and alumni.

An official transcript is a certified record of the academic work done at North Dakota State University. It includes classes taken, credit hours earned, grades received, grade point averages, honors and earned degrees. The entire academic record will be sent upon ordering.

Official transcripts are printed on security paper with the official North Dakota State University watermark as well as the signature of the registrar. The security paper will render the official transcripts void if photocopied, scanned or faxed.
