NDSU Dining offers a variety of full-time and part-time positions. As our department grows, so does the need to grow our team! Below are our open positions:

Catering Manager

The Catering Manager is responsible for the daily management of NDSU Catering. This includes leadership for the recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff. This role will also assist NDSU Dining with all aspects of training and supervision of staff. Position is open until April 16. 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends and evenings as dictated by customer need
Salary: $48,000+/year, with full benefits package

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage a large, full-service, year-round, institutional dining operation. Responsibilities include overall leadership and management, facilities management, supervising safe operation and role modeling teamwork and customer service. The Operations Manager is expected to provide innovative dining opportunities, ensure culinary excellence, offer nutritious and appealing selections and maintain high levels of satisfaction for students, faculty, staff and guests.. Position is open until filled. 

Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, weekends and evenings as necessary
Salary: $48,000+/year, with full benefits package


Lead Food Service Worker (Evenings)

Working evenings to free up your days and make more money! Based in the West Dining Center, this position will perform all duties necessary to serve food to customers, while assuring a high degree of cleanliness, quality, and sanitation. Responsibilities will also include training new staff and assuming supervisor duties when necessary. Position is open until filled. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am, Fridays 12:30-9:00pm, weekend rotation. Hours may vary during spring, summer and winter breaks.  
Salary: $14.00+/hour, with full benefits package
