Sunrise Swim: Enjoy your morning workout in aquatics without all the bright lights. The overhead lighting will be reduced and the underwater lighting will be turned on. Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00 - 8:30 a.m
Night Swim: Relax at the end of the day in aquatics. The overhead lighting will be turned down and the underwater lighting and fire pt will be turned on. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Nights: 9:00 - 10:30 p.m.

Fargo, N.D. - Red Cross Learn-to-Swim courses offered through the NDSU Swim Academy are designed to provide children and young teens with a positive, developmentally appropriate aquatic learning experience. Each class is filled with fun, engaging and challenging activities that motivate participants to want to perform and learn how to swim. All instructors are WSI certified and each class has a student to teacher ratio of 6:1. (parent/child, preschool and levels 1 and 2 have a ratio of 4:1)

Swim Masters is a FREE program for anyone looking for a swim-team-style training sessions and looking for advanced stroke technique. Workouts will be varied based on the level of the group of swimmers that show up to each session.

Come enjoy a relaxing night in aquatics with giant floaties, unicorns, rubber ducks and more! This FREE event is only held once a semester!
The NDSU Wellness Center has partnered with Mick's Scuba to bring you a scuba course to aquatics! The class will be offered for $225 plus $85 for course materials that will be purchased through your instructor on the first night.
The scuba course will meet from 6-10 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning March 19.

This invigorating class is held in the leisure pool and works to improve your cardio conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. This provides giving you a safe, effective and fun workout.
This class offers a great lap swim workout for participants to improve their fitness level, technique and stroke. An on deck coach provides instruction and motivation for each class and varying workouts for all skill levels. *Goggles recommended
Take your regular workout to the next level with this is a water-based class that uses a BogaFITMAT© as the surface for your workout. You should expect to be challenged with exercises like lunges and burpees that keep your hart rate up. Falling off is encouraged, however not mandatory! *Appropriate swimwear is required
This class brings your yoga practice to the pool. You will use the BogaFITMAT© as the surface for your workout. By combining standard yoga postures and flows with the motion of the waves, your core will get a great workout. *Appropriate swimwear is required.
