Sunrise Swim: Enjoy your morning workout in aquatics without all the bright lights. The overhead lighting will be reduced and the underwater lighting will be turned on. Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00 - 8:00 a.m - during the academic year

Night Swim: Relax at the end of the day in aquatics. The overhead lighting will be turned down and the underwater lighting and fire pit will be turned on. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Nights: 9:00 - 10:30 p.m. - during the academic year

Come enjoy a relaxing night in aquatics with giant floaties, unicorns, rubber ducks and more! This FREE event is only held once this semester!

Try out our latest program in Aquatics, Key Log Rolling! The goal is simple: Stay on the log longer than the other person. Bring a friend and try out our Key Log at our Beginner Key Log Rolling dates below. Participants must register at this link for the free program, earn some bragging rights over your friends!

Fargo, N.D. - Red Cross Learn-to-Swim courses offered through the NDSU Swim Academy are designed to provide children and young teens with a positive, developmentally appropriate aquatic learning experience. Each class is filled with fun, engaging and challenging activities that motivate participants to want to perform and learn how to swim.

This beginner adult group swim class is for the novice swimmer who wants to learn the basics of swimming and water survival while gaining comfort in the water. Must have goggles and proper swimwear to participate.

Session 1: Feb. 1 - Feb. 17 - 6:00-6:45 p.m.
Session 2: Mar. 22 - Apr. 7 - 6:50-7:35 p.m.
Session 3: Apr. 19 - May 5 - 7:40-8:25 p.m.

Cost: Student $40.00, Non-Student (must be a member) $50.00
Limited to the first 5 participants per class - must register for a spot. Registration opens Jan. 9 and closes 1 week prior to start date. 

The NDSU Wellness Center has partnered with Mick's Scuba to bring you a scuba course in aquatics! The class will be offered for $320.

The scuba course will meet for 6 weeks from 6-10 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning March 22.

The Indoor Triathlon will test your cardio running, swimming and cycling! The event will track the number of laps you swim in 10 minutes, the distance you run for 20 minutes and the distance you bike (on a cycle bike) for 30 minutes.

Date: Saturday, March 5
Time: Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m., event starts at 8:30 a.m.
Registration Fee: $30 - participants will receive a t-shirt while supplies last.
Registration Deadline: March 3, must register by Feb. 9 to guarantee t-shirt size.

Members: Up to two children free, $6 for any additional children and non-member adults 

Non-members: One parent/guardian free, all children and additional adults $6

Gold: 50 Mile Swim
Silver: 30 Mile Swim
Bronze 10 Mile Swim

Swim 50, 30 or 10 miles in the lap pool this semester and receive an entry to win an NDSU Under Armour Backpack and more prizes. Laps are recorded in the lap pool area of Aquatics.

Canoe Battleship

Staff tested, student approved! The Wellness Center will offer a one-day tournament for canoe battleship using our own canoes. Put together your team and prepare to sink all the opposing canoes in this team oriented, fast-paced, exciting offering that we are happy to have in aquatics!
