All SwimTrain sessions are 30 minutes in duration.  Packages expire six months after purchase. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior by calling 701.231.5216. All forms (including health history for new clients) must be completed prior to the first session. New clients are required to complete a swim assessment as their first session. Assessments are also available as a stand-alone service.

Swim assessments are required for all new SwimTrain clients to aid trainers in designing a safe, effective and individualized swim program that will help you meet your health and fitness goals.
