Fitness To Go

Looking to mix up your regular style meetings? Try a Fitness to Go event in your space or request space at the Wellness Center. Personalized classes, workshops, information sessions, tours, how-to's, etc. are available for your organization. Certified personal trainers or group fitness instructors will create unique material and information for your group. All Levels Yoga
From the beginner yoga participant to the dedicated yogi, our instructors are able to design a class for you and your group for any level(s) of experience. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes, bend backwards, or lift your leg to your head to enjoy a yoga class. In every class, expect to find a bit of stillness in your mind and body, while letting go of stress and anxiety.

INSANITY™
This high-intensity interval training will get you and your group to sweat! With a variety of cardio and muscle strengthening moves, INSANITY will get your heart rate up and keep your metabolism burning calories for hours after your workout. 

PiYo™
This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling energized and accomplished.

XABeat™
XABeat is a dance fitness class that uses upbeat, pop music to provide high-intensity cardio and toning in a dance party atmosphere. Learn the routines with your instructor as you enjoy a personalized dance lesson.

Zumba™
Ditch the workout and join the party! This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a kind fitness program that will get you moving! Learn the moves in a personalized setting while having an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning and body-energizing fun.

All Levels Cycle
Class levels available for the first time cyclist all the way to your avid cyclists. Book this class for your group and receive one-on-one instruction from the instructor when it comes to adjusting your bike, finding the right resistance, and how to get a great cycle workout. 

Other formats available upon request. There will be a $50.00 charge for the instructor.
