Spring 2018 Trainer Time
During this time, our certified personal trainers are available to answer your questions and assist you with your workouts. They can help you with technique, give you a spot and offer advice on exercise alternatives! Trainer Time is offered by the NDSU Wellness Center for free. A personal trainer will be available from 4-7 pm every Monday and Wednesday.

Our nationally certified personal trainers will provide motivation, education, guidance, and individual instruction required to improve overall fitness and achieve the results you want. Maximize your workout and minimize your risk of injury.
With a Personal Trainer, you will:
- Achieve optimal results through safe, appropriate and effective exercises and activities.
- Receive instruction on proper exercise technique and progression.
- Learn innovative training techniques to enhance your fitness and athletic performance.
- Receive motivation, encouragement and accountability to complete your workouts.

All personal training sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Packages expire six months after purchase. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior by calling 701.231.5200 (option 2). All forms (including health history for new clients) must be completed prior to your first session. New clients are required to complete a comprehensive fitness assessment as their first session. Assessments are also available as a stand-alone service.

Fitness assessments are required for all new personal training clients to aid trainers in designing a safe, effective and individualized fitness program that will help you meet your health and fitness goals.
