With a Personal Trainer, you will:

Mini Sessions

Try out personal training with a FREE 15-minute session.

A personal trainer will guide you through a workout or simply look at your current exercise technique and give you some pointers! All sessions take place on Wednesdays between 6:00 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. in Studio A on second floor in the Wellness Center. Limit one per member.

This is a FREE program, but registration is required. Sign up on the NDSU Wellness Center app or visit wellnessportal.ndsu.edu Registration must be completed by 5:00 p.m. the day before your session.

Partner Training

Working out is more fun with a friend! Your trainer will help you set realistic goals, then program a workout that accommodates both of your current fitness levels and goals. Let’s get training!

Small Group Training

Utilize a Personal Trainer with your friends!

Small Group Training provides a fun, challenging and motivating environment where you and your group will enjoy the benefits of personal training in a group setting. Sessions are available for groups of 3-6 participants and feature fun, safe and effective movements to help you achieve your fitness goals. We can work with you whether your goals are to increase your energy levels, run your first 5k, lose 10 pounds or feel stronger!

Scheduled Around You!

All personal training, partner training, and small group training sessions are 45 minutes in duration and packages expire six months after purchase. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior by contacting your trainer. All required forms must be completed prior to your first session.
