Sometimes, you just need to see a friendly face or share your computer screen during a conversation. For instances where a phone call or email aren’t quite enough, utilize the One Stop Zoom Room.

Reminders and Protocol:
- Each virtual call is limited to ten minutes. More in-depth or lengthy conversations may need to occur in person, over the phone, or in a separately scheduled virtual meeting.
- Be aware of your surroundings! There may be occasions where sensitive student information will be shared with you. For this reason, NDSU recommends that you only join this meeting from a private (and quiet) location. If you are unable to find a private place, NDSU will assume that you have consented to have us share this information with you during your appointment time.
- A signed FERPA (i.e., privacy) consent form must be on file for any others (e.g., parents) joining the meeting.
- Close or minimize any items on your screen that you do not wish to mistakenly share with One Stop staff.
