Diversity Initiative Leaders (DIL)

Diversity Initiative Leaders are a blended group of student who come together to engage in dialogue about diverse topics, gain access to resources, and participate in activities to learn about aspects of diversity.

DILs act as peer leaders by bringing specific activities to facilitate with their peers and encourage conversation in their hall communities about diverse topics.

Meeting times:

This group meets on Tuesdays from 7-8 pm.

Join Us:

Elections for this position take place at the beginning of each academic year, or when deemed necessary. Students may self-nominate or be nominated by peers. Resident Assistants may collaborate with their hall director to be placed in this role and represent their staff.
