The Field to Fork program is a multidisciplinary, multi-state effort that provides research-based information about growing, preparing, preserving and selling vegetables and fruits.

In addition to educational materials, every winter/spring, we provide live webinars, which are recorded for later viewing.

The fourth edition of the Field to Fork, North Dakota specialty crops, calendar features fruits and vegetables that can be grown in North Dakota and provides information and health tips about various specialty fruits and vegetables along with recipes tested in the food laboratory at North Dakota State University.
