Marketing Hometown America
Participants engage in a “study circle” type discussion utilizing a discussion guide with small groups over four sessions. Local community facilitators are trained by NDSU Extension Specialists so they are prepared to lead these small group discussions. Residents learn about community assets from each other and following the sessions a marketing plan is developed and shared with the community. Communities are supported by a local Extension agent and specialist.
