NDSU Extension and Cankdeska Cikana Community College have partnered to bring you seven educational modules on food preservation!
About The Course
- Take this FREE course completely online, at your own pace and from your own home.
- Open to everyone! (You do not have to be a North Dakota resident to participate)
- Lessons are prerecorded.
- Course topics include Drying, Fermenting, Water Bath Canning, Pressure Canning, Freezing, Foraging and The History and Usage of Herbs.
- To access the course, participants must register to receive an enrollment code. The code will be sent to their email after enrollment opens on the Extension Foundation website. See the schedule below to learn about open enrollment windows.
- Participants will receive certificates of completion for completing modules.
