The North Dakota 4-H Foundation is a 501(c)3 that raises funds to support 4-H youth programs across the state. Thanks to generous financial support from individuals, organizations and foundations, 4-H programs further youth leadership development, education, research and scholarships.

Giving Hearts Day early giving is open!
The world is changing fast. Together, we are preparing youth to lead, serve and take on challenges. When you give to North Dakota 4-H, you are helping build a ready generation.
Your generous gift to 4-H supports:
scholarships for educational camps, college and national 4-H events
Mail a check to North Dakota 4-H Foundation, Inc. NDSU Dept. 7280, P.O. Box 6050 Fargo, ND 58108-6050
North Dakota Endowment Fund Contribution Credit: Contribute at least $5,000 ($20,000 maximum if married filing jointly) to qualify for a North Dakota Endowment Fund Contribution Credit equal to 40% of the contribution.
Wills, Trusts, Retirement Plans, Annuities and Gifts: Work with your tax adviser, financial planner and/or attorney to transfer current or future earnings or estates to North Dakota 4-H through wills, trusts, retirement plans, annuities and other planned gifts.
Memorials: Designate memorials and tributes to the ND 4-H Foundation.
Giving Hearts Day:Support 4-H on Giving Hearts Day the second Thursday of February each year.
Sponsor a 4-H Program:Contact ND 4-H Foundation to sponsor a specific 4-H program.

The ND 4-H Foundation sponsors several college scholarships to help current and former 4-H members with higher education. See scholarship information
The 2026 scholarship application is currently open until March 2, 2026.
